Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
There is generally no return option for licenses key or accounts. If you have not received the license key or account information of the product after purchasing the product and have applied for a refund before, then the refund will be given.
Please contact our customer care with valid reason for refund. Refund will be processed very quickly.

Normally we do not have an exchange option but if you wish to exchange a product after purchasing it before you have access to it, it is possible.
